Therefore, we recommend that before purchasing any of the products offered on this website, you read these conditions and the terms applicable to the provision of services offered by NOMADIKT as part of its main business activity of magazine sales.
These contracting conditions govern the relationship between NOMADIKT and the customers of the NOMADIKT site.
NOMADIKT reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time. If the modifications constitute a substantial change in the terms, NOMADIKT will notify users by publishing an announcement on our website.
The services and/or products are available only to legal entities and individuals aged 16 or older.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place any order, the customer must contact NOMADIKT and provide the required information necessary to acquire the products available on this website. The information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with NOMADIKT.
From the moment the order is accepted, the customer acquires the status of NOMADIKT Customer.
Orders must be placed by following the steps indicated by NOMADIKT, where you can select the product and desired quantity.
Discount Coupons
Coupons or discount codes are for individual use, non-combinable, and subject to indicated validity dates. NOMADIKT reserves the right to cancel any promotion for individual or collective customers if any abusive or inappropriate use is detected.
Subscriptions
The customer may place recurring or periodic orders and accept periodic delivery and payment. These products or order types are clearly identified on the website, and the repetition period (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) must be selected.
Payment for each delivery is processed at the time the order is placed, and subsequent deliveries are charged automatically according to the selected frequency. Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at no cost up to 2 business days before the product is shipped.
ORDER VALIDATION
Once the purchase and payment have been completed, NOMADIKT will send an order confirmation email.
This is the moment to verify that all details are correct. If you disagree with the information in the confirmation, you may request its modification or the cancellation of the order.
Validation of the order by the customer explicitly implies knowledge and acceptance of these contracting conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by NOMADIKT constitutes proof of all transactions between NOMADIKT and its customers.
Any modification or cancellation must be communicated within one day from the confirmation of the order via email at: contacto@nomadikt.com, and only if the order has not yet been shipped.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The customer agrees to pay for the products using the payment methods accepted by NOMADIKT and any additional charges (including taxes and late payment fees, where applicable).
The prices applicable to each product are those displayed on the website at the date of the order, including VAT for transactions within Spanish territory. Depending on Law 37/1992 on VAT, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and professional status (business/professional or private individual). Consequently, the final price of the order may differ from the price displayed on the website.
Payment is processed through NOMADIKT’s secure payment gateway.
Accepted Payment Methods
1. Credit or Debit Card

Payment is processed immediately through our bank’s SSL secure payment gateway. Refunds for cancellations or returns will be issued to the same card. Personal and banking data are protected under Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights.
2. PayPal
Payment is authorised through PayPal but not charged until PayPal verifies the transaction. A PayPal account is required.
No other payment method is accepted.
Payment is always 100% upfront, and orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.
PRICE AND OFFER VALIDITY
Products and prices displayed on the website remain available while visible in the product catalogue. Customers are advised to use updated versions of the website to avoid price errors. Orders in progress maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are submitted.

Shipping zones
Shipping available only to Spain (Mainland) and Balearic Islands.
No shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Delivery times
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately and delivered within 48 hours from processing.
In case of delivery issues, we will contact you via the email address provided during registration. If a phone number was provided, we may also reach out by phone. A second delivery attempt may be made. If both attempts fail, the customer must contact the carrier or NOMADIKT and assume any additional delivery costs.
Carriers
Customers may choose the most efficient carrier in their area.
Additional Considerations (IF APPLICABLE)
If delivery times change, NOMADIKT’s Customer Service will notify you of the updated expected date.
If an order includes multiple products with different availability, the customer may request a partial shipment subject to approval by NOMADIKT.
Shipments to PO boxes are not accepted.
WARRANTY
EU VAT System
According to Law 37/1992 and Directive 2008/8/EC, VAT may not apply depending on the buyer’s country of residence and status. The final price may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable in the destination country.
NOMADIKT product prices include Spanish VAT. This may be adjusted depending on the buyer’s location. The final price will be shown during order confirmation.
NOMADIKT may change service prices at any time. No price protection or refunds apply in case of promotional price changes.
RETURN POLICY
Only cancellations and/or returns under the following terms will be accepted.
Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or email at contacto@nomadikt.com and provide your details and order number.
Returns
Our selection, preparation, and packaging processes ensure products are shipped without defects. Check that the package seals have not been tampered with.
If the order arrives up to 24 hours later than expected, the customer must still accept delivery. If upon opening, any item is damaged, you may file a claim via the contact form or by emailing contacto@nomadikt.com with product names, quantity of damaged items, and photos.
Returned items must include the delivery note and invoice, if applicable. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Items must retain their original seals/packaging and any included manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts; otherwise, depreciation may apply.
Returns are only accepted for items damaged during transport, and claims must be made upon delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, NOMADIKT will cover return shipping, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been partially or totally consumed.
Claims must be made within 24 hours via email to contacto@nomadikt.com.
Withdrawal (Right of Withdrawal)
The right of withdrawal does not apply (except in cases of error or defective products) in the situations listed in Article 45 of the Commerce Law, including:
- Customized or perishable goods
- Unsealed audio/video recordings or software
- Digital goods delivered electronically and immediately usable
- Distance-ordered items made to measure or easily reproducible (books, music, video games, etc.)
Customers have 14 natural days to withdraw without providing a reason, complying with articles 107.2 and 108.
Instructions for accepted returns and the required withdrawal form are provided.

All information exchanged during the contracting, development, and execution of services between NOMADIKT and the customer is confidential.
All customer-supplied information (images, emails, texts, access data, passwords) is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties.
Exceptions apply only to information made public by agreement, by law, court order, or provided by a third party without confidentiality obligations.
Both parties are bound by indefinite confidentiality.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NOMADIKT may modify website content, configuration, access conditions, and contracting terms at any time without prior notice. Customers must consult updated versions of the site.
The customer is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of the website once delivered, and for all activities performed. Any security breach must be reported immediately to NOMADIKT.
NOMADIKT is not liable for loss resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the website.
The customer agrees to indemnify NOMADIKT against claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from breach of these conditions or misuse of services.
Our sole responsibility is to supply products under these contracting terms.
NOMADIKT is not liable for consequences of improper product use.
LANGUAGE
The contract between NOMADIKT and the customer will be formalized in English or Spanish.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
NOMADIKT and the CUSTOMER submit to Spanish legislation and to the Courts and Tribunals of Gipuzkoa for any dispute arising from the access or use of this website.
